We want you to love your Breathe palette. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you expected:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send a photo of the issue
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund
Since each palette is handcrafted and 3D-printed, minor variations in texture and colour are normal — they're part of what makes each one unique.

Yes! We ship from Bangkok, Thailand to anywhere in the world via Thai Post with tracking included.
Yes. Once your palette ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package on the Thailand Post website or via 17track.net for international tracking.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund. We pack each palette carefully with bubble wrap inside a rigid box, but international shipping can be unpredictable.
The palette is printed in PLA filament, which has passed our week-long water leak test with no leakage. It's designed for use with watercolours and water. However, we don't recommend submerging it or leaving it in standing water for extended periods. Avoid hot water and high temperatures, as heat can warp the filament.
